Nickelback announces summer leg of tour and possibly the winners of multiple Juno Awards
Nickelback just released dates for a summer leg of their Dark Horse tour. With supporting acts Papa Roach, Saving Abel and Hinder in tow...they are hitting 25+ cities this time around, from the beginning of July till the end of August. Fan club presale tickets started at 10am March 9th..with public sales opening on March 14th at 10am.
Not only are the boys in Nickelback touring in support of the widely adored Dark Horse album, they are nominated for 5 JUNO AWARDS. The Juno is a Canadian honor for outstanding achievements in the record industry, first presented in 1970. This year being held on March 29th in Vancouver, BC and being hosted by Canadian comedian Russell Peters. Nickelback is up for awards in the categories of Fan Choice, Single of the Year,
Album of the Year, Group of the Year and Producer of the Year. This is not a first time for the band, but nonetheless important to them. Their first win was in 2001 for Best New Band and have been nominated and/or won every year since in different categories.
