On This day in 1964 Brian Wilson Has a nervous breakdown mid -air during a flight to a show. The breakdown leads to Wilson quitting the Beach Boys.
London England was buzzing with activity at the opening of the Apple Boutique.Unfortunately it would only be open 7 months before going under and closing.
The #1 album on the UK Charts on this day in 1968 Is The White Album.
On this day in 1971 Paul McCartney & Wings release their fist album "Wild Life".Strangely the album would not be issued in the United States until 1980.
"Kung Fu Fighting" by Carl Douglas Is at the top of the Billboard hot 100 charts on his day in 1974.
"Mandy" By Barry Mannilow enters the charts and begins its quick climb to become His very first #1 hit in 1974.
