On this day in 1976 A record company executive named Kenneth Moss was sentenced to 120 days in jail then probation. It was for the accidental heroin Overdose death of Average White Band drummer Robbie McIntosh.

On this day In 1999 like many celebrity marriages Singer Rod Stewart and his Model wife Rachael Hunter separated after being married for 8 years.
