Fleetwood Mac Concert Review MAY 2nd
Fleetwood Mac hit the stage at 8:30 sharp to the cue and sounds of croaking frogs.
They took their spots, Mick Fleetwood on Drums,Stevie Nicks Vocals,Lindsey Buckingham Guitar and Vocals and then John Mcvie on Bass. When the lights hit the stage the sold out crowd was roaring!
They opened the show with Monday Morning from the Album Rumors which was the bands best selling album and one of the top selling albums of all time then broke into The Chain a fan favorite.
"Fleetwood Mac as you know has had a complex and emotional history" Buckingham told the sold out crowd. You get a good history lesson from the band as the night goes along which is a cool feature.
This tour is mostly a greatest hits set list but isn't necessarily a bad thing, they also added a song that they've NEVER played live before and that song is Storms from the Album Tusks.
Song of the night to me was Gold Dust Woman. Stevies voice was just amazing and still as good as it was YEARS ago. The only thing is she can't hit those high notes as much anymore but, none than less still a great singer and performer.
